MANAHAWKIN, N.J. – Ashley HomeStore, the number one retailer of furniture and bedding in the United States, has opened a new store in Manahawkin at 297 Route 72 West, in the Stafford Square Shopping Mall next to ShopRite. Barry DiMaio, the owner of the new Manahawkin Ashley HomeStore, is a New Jersey native who has been in the furniture industry since childhood. DiMaio currently owns Ashley HomeStores in Ledgewood, Phillipsburg and Toms River, New Jersey.
“We’re so excited to open this location in Manahawkin,” said Damaio. “This HomeStore will change the furniture shopping experience for our consumers and will allow them to feel at home in our showroom. We’re looking forward to becoming a part of the community and hope to provide the style, value and selection that Manahawkin has been missing.”
The new Manahawkin store boasts a 20,000 sq. ft. showroom filled with living room, dining room, bedroom, home office and youth furniture. In addition, a dedicated mattress showroom will display Tempur-Pedic ®, America’s most highly recommended bedding brand, Sealy ®, Stearns and Foster ® and Ashley-Sleep ®.
The new store opened Friday, May 3, just in time for the Memorial Day holiday.
